Amazing choreography

The competition itself was really impressive. You could tell the teams had put a lot of time and effort in their choreography, music selection, and lighting/specal effects.

The emcee showmanship was really lacking. Aside from a few corny jokes, there wasn't much humor. The female emcee was very professional and entertaining; however, the male emcee appeared unprepared and an amateur.

The person handling curtain instructions was clearly not aware of the procedure and kept raising the curtains before the emcees had announced the next team, who were still preparing on stage.

There was also an on-stage proposal, which was cute to witness. Well, she said yes, so that made it fun :)

SGPD was great and deserved the win and Nachdi Jawani was good but not as good as APD which was right up there. Their stunts were absolutely awesome. A little cleanup on and their routine and the energy they normally bring and they should have taken this competition GOING AWAY -- I'd like to see both SGPD and APD go at again with APD's A-game. When APD is on, no one can match their energy.... Come on CALI boys, show the Northern brothers what you really got!!!!

These teams are great and everyone whether it was an exhibitionist team or one of the elite 8 teams, gave it their all and were great. APD was amazing, the way did a human pyramid with the last guy standing on top of another guy, who himself was standing on a wooden plank and reached over 20 feet in height. I was surprised that SGPD won but the judges know better. I will attend a similar event in the future again. But the main thing is that everyone did a great job and you could feel the energy in the room. Have to admit the host did a good job and the punjabi singers are really good.
