Opening act(s): I arrived in the middle od their set & never caught their name, wish I had though becasue they were good, they were a bit un-original, most their music from 80's brit pop genre but very entertaining. @

Metric's recorded music is good, Metric Live is an entirely different scenario, though a lot of bands sounds great once produced in a recording studio, the sound doesn't translate well in concert. Metric is fantastic in concert, I was amazed with Emily Haines energy, she was jumping and dancing around the entire time without her voice shaking up & faltering out of breath; she was smooth, sweet, high spirited, & absolutely drenching everyone with positivity.

I've been a fan for years but never got to see their live show until this past summer. I knew they were sick live from seeing videos online but i was blown away. If you're on the fence, buy a ticket.

fantastic, really good opener with an amazing performance by metric, they played some songs that i didn't care to much for on the album and made me fall in love with them, excellent stage performance, emily haines kicks more ass than you can comprehend

It was an awesome show. Metric has great stage presence and loves the audience. The opening was very exciting and they always kept the energy in the music. The encore was great and the last song felt very special. They played an acoustic version of "Combat Baby" at the end.

Was amazing. Her voice the lighting and the set list all fit perfect;y. Although there was only about an hour of actuall performance it was continious and the band remained on the stage for the enitre time :) was freaking amazing

I have to say I was not very familar with Metric before the concert. I have thousands of LPs and CDs but Metric had eluded me. I'm an older dude and trade off bands both old and new with my kids and friends. I'm always up for a new band. I go to concerts frequently and my daughter thought Metric would be a good concert for me to go to with her and her friends. The National is always a great venue to see a concert and Metric was excellent. Total thumbs up....i've since downloaded a number of their songs most of which they played at the concert.

METRIC rocks and they put on a wicked live show!! The band was flawless, while Emily Haines owned the stage in her white high heel pumps. High energy and completely engaging from beginning to end. It went by way too fast and I wanted more. Malkin Bowl is a beautiful outdoor venue, but what is with the harsh rules and insane security. Come back soon - and if outdoors - Deer Lake Park.

As always, Metric was expected to deliver a great show, they did and then some! Metric always puts on an unforgettable performance, getting the crowd as into the performance as they are. Looking forward to another stellar performance at the next show of theirs I see!!

I really enjoyed the venue and it was a great place to see a show; however if you decide to sit on the second level, be prepared to sit the whole time. Metric sounded great and Emily's voice has improved since the last time I saw her three years ago. I liked how they ended the concert with "Combat Baby", which was played acoustically. I wish they would have played some more old school Metric hits, but overall it was still a good show.

Amazing Concert. Emily knows how to get into it. She energized the whole audience, and it was an experience to remember. Twilight Galaxy was an amazing opening, and every song you were able to dance and sing to.

For starters the House of Blues cleveland is a great venue, such a cool atmosphere and intiment setting. I'm a huge Metric fan and have been waiting for them to do a show close enough for me to go to, I had no idea they would sound so amazing live...they completely blue me away! I've been to a ton of concerts over the years and this, by far, was my favorite of all time. Emily and the guys are unbelievable live...OMG what a great show!!! If ever the opportunity comes your way, check them out, you'll love it! I'll be telling my grandkids about this one someday lol. LOVE YOU METRIC!!!! Cant wait for you to come back around!

Well, let me say that I really enjoy Metric's music so I was looking forward to the show along with five friends. The lighting and instrumentals were great, however they completely covered up the amazing vocals of Emily I was eager to hear. The bass was overwhelming and powered over many lyrics so that the songs were difficult to recognize. I still like the band, but not the way the sound was setup.

This was my third time seeing Metric and as always, they were the best. I can't wait for the next time! The energy was amazing and it doesn't get any better than that.

The opening band (Bear in Heaven) started good but then just kind of sounded the same throughout. Not my cup of tea.

one of the best shows i've been to in my entire life. emily was so energetic, the sound was impeccable and the lighting was SICK. definitely go see metric if you ever have a chance!
