I loved, loved, loved the music. Bruno Mars, A Day to Remember, Motley Crue and Lil Wayne all played back to back and it was SO amazing. However... I drove all the way from North Carolina to find that it costs $25 a day to park at the concert that I already payed $150 for... we couldn't bring any food or even water inside, and it cost me $15 for a hot dog and a bottle of water alone. Those prices are just not reasonable. We spent hundreds of dollars for gas, tolls, and a place to stay while attending this event, and then we spend a ridiculous amount of money on parking and food, two things which are NEEDED for this event, it was just not fair. The first night we were stuck in traffic for 5 hours and did not get there until 10:30 pm and we still had to pay $25 to park even though we left at midnight. We also had food confiscated, and we saw the security guys eating the little bag of chips when we left an hour and a half later! The bathrooms were ridiculous. The guy who was meant to refill the toilet paper was sitting there texting instead of doing his job, and on the doors of the porta potties, it said 'tips appreciated'. Tips for what? Dirty bathrooms and no tp?
Bamboozle would have been so much more enjoyable if they didn't take all of my money and things were cleaner. And there should be an age requirement! Kids were listening to Lil Wayne?? NO! Not acceptable, they need parents with kids under a certain age, especially when there are 15 year old girls walking around in basically no clothing. I will never attend this event again unless it is somewhere close to home so I don't have to pay for parking. I expected so much more.
